Thank you and may God bless you for your support of the children and families of Colorado Christian Services.

ATTENTION GENTLEMEN:  The meeting that was held last Thursday to discuss an event for men was awesome!  They had great input and fantastic fellowship but did not finalize the details.   Another meeting is scheduled for Thursday, November 16 at 7 PM, upstairs in the Young Professionals room.  Mark your calendars and join us to plan this event!

Former members, Tim Coburn and son, Kevin, will be returning to Littleton for the spring school semester and are looking for a place to live.  Tim is the Assistant Dean of the College of business Administration at Abilene Christian University, and will be on sabbatical, teaching at the University of Denver for the winter and spring quarters. Kevin is going to attend Denver Christian Schools.  Both are excited about being back in Littleton for this time.  In terms of housing, they are looking for a furnished place... at a minimum, a two-bedroom apartment...as close to DU as possible.  They are willing to rent, lease, or house-sit.  If you know of anything, you can contact Tim directly at tim.coburn@coba.acu.edu or (325) 674-2206 (work) or (325) 672-3254 (home).  They will be here roughly January 1 - June 1.  Thanks!

THANK YOU:
The Littleton Church Ladies 2006 Retreat
is over and God presented some wonderful "gifts" for our enjoyment!  We were made more aware of "Living in His Presents".  We had 64 wonderful ladies who wee able to attend and were blessed by this special event.  The retreat committee wants to particularly thank the following:  1)  those who made the sacrifice of time and money to attend, 2)  those who made donations so that others could go, 3)  the church secretaries (especially Jan Griffin) who helped with so many of the arrangements, 4)  the women who provided our snack bars and assisted in preparation of Friday night's dinner, and 5)  the entire retreat committee.  the retreat committee was composed of the following ladies:  Barbara Brooks, Cindy Burns, Christine Crabb, Jan Griffin, Chris Nelson, Kristi Odell, Kathy Orsborn, Rene' Van Hooser, Debbie Vinton, and Candy White.  Plan now for next year's 2007 Ladies Fall Retreat at Glen Eyrie in Colorado Springs.  The dates are October 12th & 13th, 2007.  Be thinking now about what you would like to do to help organize this event and who you would like to bring.  May God continue to bless our Ladies Ministry as we reach out to our friends and sisters and grow spiritually as we draw closer to Him!

Dear Church Family,
Thank you for all your prayers on my behalf.  I could really feel God's power surrounding me.  I'm through with chemotherapy!!  I can now work on growing my hair back.  Thank you for all your thoughts, prayers & concerns.
In Christian Love,  Karen Graham
